Programme (MFI)

The flexible, self-paced course includes core modules like Operations and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership, Complexity & Change, alongside industry-specific and elective options.

MFI integrates diverse learning modes such as simulations, videos, and case studies, ensuring deep, practical insights for real-world application.

Senior Leadership Capability
Programme (SLCP)

Aimed at senior managers and executives, SLCP equips participants to lead in complex, global environments.

Core modules include Personal Mastery, Systems Leadership, and High-Performing Teams, ensuring leaders develop self-awareness, foresight, and team-building skills.

Programme for Management Development (PMD)

The Programme for Management Development (PMD) is a 10-month, first-level management development initiative designed to equip participants with essential skills to thrive as managers in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Delivered either face-to-face or online, the programme integrates interactive learning methods such as case studies, simulations, and experiential exercises.

Strengthening Women in Resilient Leadership (SWIRL)

Strengthening Women in Resilient Leadership (SWIRL) is a unique programme for women in or aspiring to senior leadership roles.

Combining innovative methods like art, nature immersion, and introspection with cognitive and strategic development, SWIRL empowers women to lead authentically and resiliently.

Through a series of retreats, participants explore themes of gender, trust, strategic thinking, and wisdom, fostering personal growth and collective empowerment.

SWIRL equips women to shape meaningful change at the level of self, cascading to their families, organizations and communities.
